KBR is looking for a Senior Manager - Construction to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Summary

The ideal candidate would be an experienced engineer with formal qualifications and would have the following key skills:

• Experience in installing feed gas compressors to deliver gas to the desired operating parameters (mainly desired pressure).
• Experience in liquefaction and fractionation of natural gas (LNG).
• Experience in integrating Nitrogen Rejection Unit.
• Fuel gas system knowledge.
• Import power from national grid.
• Air cooling system.
• Instrument / plant air systems.
• Fire water system.
• Desalinated water plant.
• EPC experience in a large LNG plant.

Anticipated roles and responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20 years or more experience in the oil and gas industry.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Construction Manager in oil and gas projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a Construction Manager in Middle East countries.
• SMP Construction Manager or Deputy Construction Manager experience required.
• Civil and E&I experience is an advantage.
• Prefer global EPC contractor or sub-contractor experience.
• Leadership qualities to manage all indirect and direct manpower on site and deliver the planned progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20+ years work experience in the oil and gas industry.
