Lead the transformation.We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for leading organizations across the US.This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, M&A and procurement—helping clients identify, quantify and realize significant value across the transaction lifecycle.<h3>What You’ll Lead</h3><ul><li> Drive procurement due diligence, synergy assessment and value creation across acquisitions, divestitures and integrations. </li><li> Identify and deliver Direct Materials savings, COGS optimization and supplier value opportunities. </li><li> Build Day 1, 100-Day and post-merger value-capture strategies. </li><li> Advise CPOs, CFOs, CEOs, Corporate Development and PE stakeholders on critical deal and transformation decisions. </li><li> Lead high-performing consulting teams and own end-to-end client outcomes. </li><li> Support business development, proposals and growth of our M&A & Procurement Advisory practice. </li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>11+ years in management consulting, procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain or value creation. </li><li> Proven experience in M&A / due diligence / PMI / carve-outs and procurement value creation. </li><li> Deep Direct Materials / COGS expertise with strong strategic sourcing and cost-transformation capabilities. </li><li> Track record of quantifying and delivering measurable financial impact. </li><li> Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders. </li><li> Ability to lead complex engagements, teams and client relationships.</li><li>Minimum of Bachelors degree/MBA preferred</li></ul><h3>Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.</h3><h3>Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.</h3><h3>Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) plan with a 3% company match, paid time off, company holidays, and professional development opportunities.</h3><div> </div><div>Why This Role?</div>More than advising.
