Catalog Planning

  • Develop and maintain a strategic view of the streaming catalog by key performance, audience, regional, localization, and qualitative dimensions to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas of risk.
  • Partner with Content leadership and cross-functional teams to inform catalog investment, localization priorities, regional growth initiatives, and internal understanding of the catalog’s strategic value.
  • Influence and recommend launch timing and release strategies across manga, streaming, and theatrical initiatives, ensuring alignment with audience demand, content priorities, market opportunities, and broader business goals.
