Senior Manager, Corporate Secretarial
. This full-time and permanent position is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of clients. · Handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties (for both listed and non-listed companies). · Act as an advisor to clients on corporate secretarial matters. · Coach and review the work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently. · Provide excellent client service, ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries. · Attend board and committee meetings and record meeting minutes. · Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key requirements:
· Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the corporate secretarial field, including at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably within a professional firm. · Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX Listing Rules. · Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and customer service skills. · A leader and team player with a can-do attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision from management. · Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
