Senior Manager – Corporate Tax

A growing international professional services firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to join its expanding tax division in Ireland. With a strong international network and a collaborative, people-focused culture, the firm advises a broad range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed and large corporate clients across multiple sectors.

This opportunity would suit an experienced tax professional looking to take on a leadership role within a progressive environment that offers strong client exposure, advisory work and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a broad range of industries
• Deliver high-quality corporate tax compliance and advisory services
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships through regular engagement and meetings
• Lead tax advisory assignments alongside Partners and specialist teams
• Support workflow planning, technical development and team management initiatives
• Coach and mentor junior team members, conducting appraisals and supporting professional development
• Identify opportunities to provide additional advisory support to existing clients
• Assist with business development and contribute towards the continued growth of the tax practice
• Support revenue growth and profitability targets across the department

Candidate Profile

• CTA / ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified
• Strong corporate tax or mixed tax experience gained within a professional practice environment
• Excellent technical tax knowledge with the ability to research complex legislation
• Experience managing client relationships and leading teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to multiple industry sectors would be advantageous
• Commercially aware with an interest in advisory and business development work
