客戶成長策略規劃與執行
- 設計並執行針對不同客戶旅程階段（Customer Journey）的行銷活動、促銷方案及會員經營計畫。
- 推動特定商業目標，包括：
- 新客獲取（Customer Acquisition）
- 新品類滲透（New Category Purchase）
- 沉睡客戶喚回（Lapsed Customer Reactivation）
- 客戶活躍度提升
數據分析與成效優化
- 持續追蹤、分析並檢視各項客戶成長專案的營運表現。
- 依據數據洞察優化活動設計與執行策略，提升投資報酬率（ROI）。
跨部門合作
- 與多個團隊密切合作推動專案執行，包括：
- CRM
- Operations Management（OM）
- Performance Marketing
- Product Team
- Analytics Team
成長實驗與創新
- 發掘不同客群的成長機會。
- 規劃並執行 A/B Testing 與其他成長實驗。
- 找出可規模化複製的成功模式，推動業務成長。
行銷預算與治理
- 與 Finance 團隊合作建立行銷活動治理機制。
- 管控行銷預算使用效率，確保支出合理且符合公司規範。
客戶洞察
- 與 Marketing Insights 團隊合作挖掘消費者洞察。
- 持續發現新的業務成長機會與市場需求。
基本資格條件
- 8年以上以下相關領域工作經驗：
- CRM
- Loyalty Program（會員忠誠度計畫）
- Channel Marketing
- Program Management
- 曾於電商（E-commerce）或數位平台（Digital Business）環境工作。
- 具備卓越的數據分析能力及以數據驅動決策的實績。
- 能在快速變動且高度成長的環境中獨立作業。
- 良好的專案優先順序管理能力。
- 優秀的溝通及協調能力。
- 中英文聽說讀寫流利。
加分條件
- 8年以上直接負責 CRM 或客戶經營相關 Marketing / Program Management 經驗。
- 具備電商平台或 B2C 產業實務經驗。
- 熟悉數據分析及商業智慧工具（BI Tools），包括：
- SQL
- Python
- R
- 具備處理大型或複雜數據集分析經驗。
