Main Purpose of Job

Security Services to all entities of the company. The role consists of hiring, training and managing Security Engineers and Specialists to deliver multiple services such as, but not limited to:

- IT Security Advisory (security architecture, change validation, documentation and diagrams, firewall rules review, etc.)
- Vulnerability Management (monitoring, hardening, scanning, patching) as well as Penetration Tests
- Security Incident Management (assessing, resolving, dispatching, escalating)
- Design, development, implementation and monitoring of Security Controls (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.), and Group ISMS Management
- Internal & External Audit Management (Evidence preparation, Interviews coordination, findings management and follow-up)
- Manage cyber-security risks, execute risk assessments
- Take local responsibility in the MU Center for BCP, Facilities Security & Safety.

Reporting to the Group CISO in Switzerland HQ, the Security Manager is executing the relevant parts of the Group Security Strategy

Technical and Soft Skills
Bold is mandatory, otherwise appreciated

- Broad knowledge of technical IT Security (Systems & Network Security, Firewalls, VPN, Crypto, Scripting/Coding, Tooling, etc.)
- Practical understanding of ISO 27001 / 27002
- Basic Project Management skills

- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent spoken French is an advantage

Key Experiences:
- Degree in IT Security, or Computer Science with strong security orientation

- 8-10 years of experience in IT including at least 7 years in IT Security

- 3-5 years of experience as a Line Manager

- Experience in building a team (interview/select/hire)

- Experience in multinational companies, preferably in the IT Industry

- One or more security professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, etc.)
