Senior Manager - Data Engineering solutions (Engineering)
Summary
Leads a team to design and implement data warehousing, lakehouse, and analytics solutions using AWS, Databricks, and Informatica IDMC for a healthcare-focused product company.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering, Information Technology / System or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experienceas a Senior Data Engineer, with a strong track record of managing projects and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in data warehousing, data analytics, lakehouse architecture, and AWS technologies.
- Proficiency and relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Informatica IDMC and Databricks experience
- Data visualisation tools such as Tableau, OBIEE
- Working knowledge on BI standard languages such as R, Python, SQL, Apache Spark
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate or higher
- Databricks and IDMC certification will be advantageous
- Experience in healthcare industry, with broad understanding of healthcare business processes like patient administration, patient medical and non-medical services are a plus.
