Senior Manager Data Science

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the Data Science team, coaching and supporting their development to establish a well-balanced internal and external resource team.
Build analytical capabilities through individual contributions and coaching within a Product-Based Organization.
Ensure effective allocation of resources for prioritized analytics projects adhering to agile principles.
Managing budgeting, governance, and processes effectively.
Stay updated with industry standards, integrating new technologies, algorithms, and frameworks.
Key Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Data Science with a proven record of leading Data Science teams.
Proficiency with AWS stack, LLMs, and Agentic Frameworks, such as LangChain.
Experience in MLOps, specifically in deploying and maintaining production models, AWS SageMaker knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and compliance issues.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and hypothesis-driven approaches.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques and tools.
Experience with big data technologies.
