Senior Manager Deal Desk
You will own and evolve the Deal Desk function, lead a small team, structure complex commercial solutions, improve approval frameworks and pricing guardrails, manage end-to-end deal approvals, automate workflows, analyze performance data, and build scalable playbooks and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small Deal Desk team
- Own the Deal Desk function
- Structure commercial solutions across pricing, contract terms, payment structures, and packaging
- Design approval frameworks, pricing guardrails, commercial policies, and deal governance
- Own the end-to-end deal approval process across Salesforce, CPQ, contracting, and financial systems
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Use data to identify trends and improve operational performance
- Build playbooks, documentation, and enablement
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, Commercial Operations, or a related function
- Experience supporting complex commercial transactions at a high-growth technology company
- Expertise in pricing, deal structuring, contracting, approvals, and quote-to-cash
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership on complex enterprise deals
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Commercial judgment and analytical problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience applying AI tools such as Claude Code to automate workflows and improve decision-making
