- Partners with Engineering, Category, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to apply teardown intelligence to design tradeoffs, supplier engagement, RFQs, platform decisions, and product cost optimization.
- Drives earlier integration of DTV insights into new product development, enabling design-stage cost avoidance in addition to cost reduction on existing products.
- Manages multiple concurrent global programs, headcount, schedules, budgets, suppliers, and external technical resources, balancing analytical depth, turnaround time, and business priorities.
- Presents data-driven insights, opportunity status, risks, and recommendations to functional and business leaders, influencing decisions without direct authority over partner organizations.
- Develops COE capabilities through common tools, knowledge repositories, analytical automation, technical skill development, and continuous process improvement.
- Provides people management, including hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career development; fosters collaboration and accountability across global sites.

- Typically 10+ years of relevant engineering, product cost, program management, or supply chain experience, or 8–10 years of management experience, consistent with the referenced Senior Manager profile.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex cross-functional programs across multiple products, sites, or regions; experience with product teardowns, cost modeling, value engineering, or competitive benchmarking strongly preferred.

Impact & Scope
- Impacts multiple Personal Systems product categories and functions through a global COE; leads complex, cross-regional programs requiring expertise across engineering, product management, procurement, finance, and operations. Accountable for COE delivery, analytical quality, opportunity pipeline, and team performance; partners with business and functional owners who retain decision and implementation accountability.
