  • Develop office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
  • Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and occupier analysis to inform development decisions.
  • Assess office market risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Define office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
  • Support the identification of anchor occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers.
  • Work with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to optimise project outcomes.
  • Develop recommendations on project phasing, prioritisation, and investment decisions.
  • Manage external consultants and advisory workstreams.
  • Support engagement with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in management consulting, real estate strategy, development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, occupier requirements, and development economics.
  • Experience in market analysis, business planning, and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
