Senior Manager Devops

• DevOps Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure.
  

• Cloud Infrastructure Management – Architect and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  

• Automation at Scale – Drive end-to-end automation for deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
  

• Reliability Engineering – Champion observability, incident response, and performance tuning across all production environments.
  

• Continuous Improvement – Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
  

• Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure smooth releases and high availability.
  

The person you’re

• Proven experience managing and scaling DevOps or SRE teams in a fast-paced product environment.
  

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  

• Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
  

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  

• Strong background in networking, security, and disaster recovery planning.
  

• Passionate about automation, reliability, and enabling developer productivity.
  

• Based in Chennai with the ability to collaborate with distributed teams across regions.
