Leads a global DevOps team to build and scale secure CI/CD platforms, modernize cloud-native architectures, and enforce enterprise DevSecOps standards in Kraków.
Senior Manager, DevOps Engineering responsible for leading and scaling DevOps engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure, and automated CI/CD platforms, enabling efficient software delivery and operational excellence across the enterprise. Position reports to the Director, DevOps & Release Engineering and is part of the Enterprise Engineering team, located onsite in Krakow, Poland.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing global DevOps and release engineering teams, fostering an automation‑first and continuous improvement culture
- Own delivery outcomes, platform stability, and team performance across DevOps and release engineering capabilities
- Establish and govern enterprise DevOps and release practices for internal and supplier‑managed platforms, including CI/CD, environment management, and SaaS deployments
- Drive modernization initiatives across cloud‑native architectures, containerization, microservices CI/CD patterns, and GitOps workflows
- Ensure platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence through metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Define and track KPIs for pipeline performance, release quality, deployment success, and operational reliability
- Ensure DevOps practices align with enterprise standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GxP)
- Lead evaluation, adoption, and lifecycle management of DevOps tooling, platforms, and emerging technologies
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience leading global engineering teams and managing vendor and offshore partnerships
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms and DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, security automation, and observability
- Experience aligning DevOps capabilities with Agile delivery frameworks and enterprise governance
- Relevant DevOps, cloud, or platform certifications preferred
