</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Your Role (summary): </p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Team Member Digital Technology</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Digital Asset Management & Product Execution<br />
• Lead the development, management, and continuous enhancement of digital
assets including<br />
Websites, Mobile Apps, APIs, and platforms.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to
deployment and ongoing optimization.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Build and refine customer-centric user journeys to deliver
best-in-class digital experiences.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Leverage analytics, customer insights to continuously
improve product features, user journeys, and conversion metrics</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Work closely with Stakeholders to prioritize features,
manage backlogs, and ensure smooth product releases.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Technology Stack & Integrations<br />
• Own the digital technology stack across web, mobile, APIs, middleware, and
backend systems.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Manage and govern integrations with internal and external
systems (KRAs, KYC agencies, Payment Gateways, CRM/LMS, API providers, etc).</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Ensure Cost Optimized scalable, secure, and
high-performance architecture.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Vendor Management & Negotiations</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Lead vendor selection, negotiations, and ongoing
management to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Drive partnerships for adoption of modern, cutting-edge
technologies.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Manage day-to-day vendor interactions, upgrades, and issue
resolution.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Digital Transformation & Automation<br />
• Drive digital transformation using modern technologies, DevOps practices,
Agile frameworks, and data-driven insights.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Lead automation of manual processes to improve efficiency
and scalability.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Build and maintain a robust API ecosystem and integration
framework.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Cost Optimization & Budget Management<br />
• Manage and optimize digital technology budgets while ensuring system
performance and scalability.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Drive cost optimization initiatives across platforms,
integrations, and vendor engagements.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Technology Stack & Architecture<br />
• Own the overall technology architecture for digital assets, APIs, middleware,
and backend systems.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Ensure alignment with modern, scalable, and secure design
principles.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal">The experience you bring (Educational Qualification /
Experience):</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• 8-10 years of Experience in Technology/ Financial
industry, especially with Mutual Funds, Broking firms Btech in Computer
Science/ IT/ related streams and preferably from premier Tier I or II institute</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong expertise in Digital Product Management,
Integrations, and Architecture</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Certification/s:<br />
• Agile, Digital transformation preferred</p><p></p><p>
