Senior Manager – Digital Workspace

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across digital workplace platforms covering collaboration, communication, messaging, mobility, and endpoint technologies

• Manage workspace infrastructure projects and oversee delivery in line with governance standards

• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, and related platforms

• Monitor workspace environments proactively to identify risks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities

• Drive innovation by enhancing technologies, support models, and business processes

• Ensure platform availability, stability, resilience, and business continuity

• Establish operational agreements and support models with technology operations teams

• Define and track KPIs to measure workspace service performance and effectiveness

• Maintain security controls and ensure adherence to configuration and security standards

• Assess impacts, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate service recovery

• Provide Level‑3 support and participate in major incident management activities

• Produce detailed technical documentation, implementation records, and operational procedures

• Ensure workspace platforms comply with regulatory and security requirements across operating regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline

• 10+ years' hands‑on experience in digital workspace technologies

• Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, SharePoint, SCCM, SCOM, Intune, and related platforms

• Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise workplace technologies

• Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to business and operational requirements

• Practical and agile approach to driving technology improvements and change initiatives

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience managing major incidents and disaster recovery situations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE or MCP are advantageous

• Experience within investment banking or regulated industries is preferred
