Senior Manager/Director

Technology is the make-or-break factor in every merger, acquisition, carve-out, and divestiture.

We are seeking a senior delivery leader to support our Insurance Technology function with deep Program/Project Management Office (PMO) and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) capability. You will drive M&A integration and separation across IT and Operations, manage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), and lead Day 1 readiness for insurance carriers operating in complex, MAS-regulated environments. This is a hands-on operator role for someone who combines governance discipline with senior stakeholder command and a track record of delivering with certainty.

Role:

• · Lead technology workstreams across the full M&APMI -integration, separation, carve-out, and divestiture.

  · Define and execute Day 1 technology readiness, TSA design, TSA governance, and TSA exit / stand-up plans.

  · Develop technology integration and separation roadmaps across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.

  · Lead disentanglement and migration of applications, data, and infrastructure, including third-party and vendor contract separation.

  · Perform technology PMO, governance, and interdependency management to control risks, milestones, and executive decisions.

  · Advise CIOs, CTOs, and Transformation leaders andlead proposals, pursuits, and thought leadership in the Technology M&A domain

  · Perform technology PMO, Manage cross-functional dependencies across business, IT, operations, risk, compliance, legal, HR and finance.

  · Prepare high-quality steering packs, QBRs and executive updates, and chair governance forums.

  · Ensure delivery aligns to MAS TRM and regulatory requirements, with strong risk and controls oversight.

  · Partner with client CIO / COO and BearingPoint leadership to secure delivery outcomes and identify follow-on opportunities.
  

  Requirements

  12-18 years of technology transformation, PMO and PMI / M&A integration experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services. But be Hands On.

  Proven track record delivering post-merger integration, carve-outs, TSA management and Day 1 readiness.

  Deep PMO discipline across governance, RAID, financial tracking, milestone and dependency management; PMP or equivalent preferred.

  Strong knowledge of insurance technology and operations across Life, General, Health and Bancassurance.

  Familiarity with MAS TRM and regulatory expectations in Singapore; experience across APAC markets is an advantage.

  Confident engaging and managing senior stakeholders, including C-suite, Business and IT heads.

  Nice to have: Top-tier or Big 4 consulting background; certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or PMI / IMAA post-merger integration.
