Senior Manager Engineering Operations
You will drive engineering operations programs that improve KPI infrastructure, operational visibility, cross-team coordination, and deployment execution. You will support strategic initiatives, maintain accurate operational data, enforce quality hand-offs between teams, resolve deployment issues, and evolve the end-to-end deployment process as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Run programs that improve KPI infrastructure
- Support strategic projects and cross-cutting initiatives
- Partner with engineering, SRE, customer success, and data engineering teams
- Improve operational data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Build a single-pane-of-glass view of organizational health and deployments
- Ensure quality hand-offs between teams
- Coordinate resources to deliver compute capacity to customers
- Own and evolve the deployment process end to end
Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering, technical program management, or a technical product role
- 5+ years of experience managing teams
- Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments
- Experience coordinating across teams without formal authority
- Ability to analyze multi-source operational data
- Understanding of the data center build lifecycle
- Experience with cloud providers or similar infrastructure environments
- Experience with data center deployment or build-to-turnup processes
- Familiarity with incident management platforms
