- Manage and lead Enterprise Architecture (EA) function with the support of enterprise architects to define and develop EA strategies, target-state architecture and roadmaps across business, application, data and technology domains
- Develop and evolve EA frameworks with guiding principles, workflow and decision-making processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure architecture decisions accelerate delivery, reduce risk and optimize cost by partnering with executive leadership and aligning application, infrastructure, cloud, security and risk teams
- Drive the end-to-end execution of technology strategies including setting performance goals, conducting reviews and building scalable practices
- Translate business objectives into actionable architecture initiatives and track delivery against KPIs
- Lead architecture review boards, drive consensus across the application, data and technology domains and remove blockers to accelerate time-to-market
- Manage executive communication, presenting architecture strategies and risk assessments to C-level and/or Board-level stakeholders to secure agreement
