Job Responsibilities:
Enterprise Product Strategy & Portfolio
You'll help shape NFC's enterprise product strategy by:
- Developing enterprise product strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities.
- Coordinating enterprise portfolios to strengthen capability reuse, reduce duplication and improve investment decisions.
- Preparing strategic papers, business cases and executive reporting to support enterprise governance and decision-making.
Enterprise AI Strategy & Business Enablement
You'll help coordinate NFC's enterprise AI agenda by:
- Identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities that improve organizational capability, productivity and service delivery.
- Strengthening enterprise AI governance, reusable capabilities and responsible AI practices.
Supporting organisation-wide AI adoption and enterprise AI maturity.
Enterprise Advisory & Transformation
You'll partner closely with senior business leaders to:
- Translate business priorities into scalable enterprise products and capabilities.
- Facilitate strategic discovery, business case development and operating model design.
- Bridge enterprise strategy with technology delivery to enable successful transformation.
Product Leaderships
You'll lead a portfolio of strategic products within Curriculum & Child Support by:
Defining product vision, priorities and roadmaps.
- Driving adoption and continuous improvement using educator insights and evidence.
- Embedding enterprise product practices and AI capabilities that improve educator productivity and child outcomes.
Strategic Partnerships
You'll help strengthen NFC's innovation ecosystem by:
- Building partnerships across government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, technology partners and industry.
- Identifying strategic funding and collaboration opportunities.
- Supporting additional strategic initiatives as the Enterprise Product, Innovation & AI function continues to evolve.
- Support additional responsibilities, projects and initiatives as required, recognising that the scope of the role will continue to evolve as the AI &
- Innovation function matures and organisational priorities develop.
Job Requirements:
We're looking for someone with approximately 8–12 years' experience across enterprise strategy, product management, business transformation, innovation, AI enablement or related disciplines.
You'll ideally bring experience in several of the following:
- Leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Developing enterprise strategies, business cases and product roadmaps.
- Driving product adoption and organisational change.
- Partnering business and Technology teams to shape digital or AI-enabled solutions.
- Measuring organisational outcomes, benefits realisation and investment value.
- Influencing senior stakeholders within complex organisational environments.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Education or a related discipline is expected. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in Product Management, Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management or related disciplines will be advantageous.
