Your Scope

In this role you will cover team leadership, end‑to‑end software delivery, embedding AI‑augmented engineering workflows and enterprise knowledge management:

• Lead, coach and grow software engineering teams supporting internal and external stakeholders; build a high‑performance delivery culture, enforce corporate governance and support individual team‑member career development

• Own technical delivery for core enterprise software initiatives including feasibility assessment, solution evaluation and prototype development aligned against business needs

• Manage full project lifecycles including scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, risk, issues and change control; align cross‑functional parties on requirements, testing cycles and production deployments

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external clients and vendors to drive timely decision‑making, transparent communication and swift resolution of delivery impediments

• Steer the full software delivery lifecycle, leveraging delivery metrics and quality gates to deliver secure, on‑time and robust software releases

• Promote industry best‑practice covering Agile delivery, coding standards, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps and pre‑production readiness checks

• Identify and prioritize actionable AI‑driven improvements across the complete software lifecycle from requirements definition through to live operational support

• Establish responsible‑AI usage guardrails, run structured tool and vendor pilots, and track key metrics for adoption, productivity, quality and risk exposure

• Drive change management, targeted training and cross‑team knowledge‑sharing to scale AI‑assisted engineering practices company‑wide

• Execute enterprise knowledge capture and sharing initiatives to lift delivery quality, commercial performance and market competitiveness
  

Your Credentials

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical qualification

• Minimum 12 years total professional experience covering software development, project delivery and IT operations

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in formal technical team leadership and people management roles

• Demonstrated track record managing external stakeholders, leading engineering teams and delivering large‑scale complex technology projects

• Strong practical knowledge of modern project management methodologies to accelerate product go‑to‑market

• Solid hands‑on development background with Java and Spring Framework ecosystem

• Excellent verbal and written English communication capabilities for multi‑party stakeholder engagement

• Hands‑on practical experience applying AI‑supported workflows within at least one phase of the software delivery lifecycle is highly desirable

• Exposure to payment, loyalty reward, financial settlement and reconciliation systems together with Oracle ERP Finance related modules will be viewed favorably

• Working familiarity with Oracle stacks, web services, MQ middleware, AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments is beneficial

• Practical exposure to AI coding assistants, enterprise AI platforms, large language models and RAG‑oriented tooling is an asset
