About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with strong expertise in:
✅ End-to-End Accounting
✅ IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS Reporting
✅ Financial Statement Preparation & Consolidation
✅ AP/AR Management & Month-End Close
✅ Indian & US Taxation (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, IRS Compliance)
✅ SOX Compliance & Internal Controls
✅ Statutory & Regulatory Reporting
✅ Audit Management & Audit Readiness
✅ FP&A, Variance Analysis & Strategic Finance
This role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial governance, performance management, compliance, and business decision-making across domestic and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Financial Reporting under IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS
🔹 Lead Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Closures
🔹 Manage Financial Consolidation & Intercompany Accounting
🔹 Oversee AP/AR Operations & Cash Flow Management
🔹 Drive Tax Compliance across India & US Jurisdictions
🔹 Lead Internal & External Audits
🔹 Implement and Strengthen SOX & Internal Control Frameworks
🔹 Provide Financial Insights, Forecasting & Business Performance Analysis
🔹 Mentor and Develop High-Performing Finance Teams
Qualifications
✔ CA Qualified/ CA Semi or finalist (Dropout) / CMA/ CPA / MBA - Qualified (Finance)
✔ 8-15 Years of Finance & Accounting Experience post qualification with exposure to global & domestic stakeholder management
✔ Strong people management and leadership experience, with the ability to build, guide, and retain successful teams.
✔ Strong Exposure to US Accounting, Indian Accounting, SEC Reporting & Financial Consolidation
✔ Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or QuickBooks
✔ Excellent Stakeholder Management and Leadership Skills
