Senior Manager, Finance SAC Reporting Excellence

Lead the enterprise SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting & Dashboards function to maximize the business value of SAC implementation through various visualization methods. This role is responsible for driving governance, standard reporting, analytics, visualization, user enablement, quality assurance and continuous improvement. The role will build internal capabilities that support both ongoing operations and future SAC implementations across business units. There will be 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Analytics

Provide enterprise leadership for reporting, analytics and visualization capabilities in SAC.

Responsibilities

  • Define the enterprise vision and roadmap for reporting and analytics in SAC
  • Establish dashboard design and visualization standards.
  • Develop reporting governance, KPI definitions and reporting best practices.
  • Drive consistency across business units.
  • Identify opportunities to improve executive reporting and decision support.
  • Partner with Finance functions to align reporting strategy with business objectives

2. SAC Capabilities

Build enterprise capabilities that support successful implementation, stabilization and continuous evolution of SAP Analytics Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Establish enterprise standards for SAC implementation and operational excellence.
  • Develop reusable implementation methodologies and playbooks.
  • Capture lessons learned and incorporate them into future deployments.
  • Build scalable governance and support models for future business units.
  • Promote continuous improvement across all SAC capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in Finance transformation, reporting and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud or enterprise planning platforms.
  • Strong background in reporting strategy, business processes and analytics.
  • Experience with change management and driving user adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
