- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial reporting.
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.
- Coordinate audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Manage and develop the accounting team.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support financial objectives.
