Senior Manager – Finance/Treasury (MNC I Cash Management I APAC)

• Working hours: 8.45am to 5.45pm

Job Responsibilities:

Working capital & cash management

• Weekly review the regional sales forecast by product line, match it with suppliers’ shipments forecast and stock on hand
• Understand the gaps by working with business teams and supplier management teams, how this relates to operating cash
• Working with regional finance and communicate effectively with regional business leaders on solutions to working capital gaps
• Propose actions to regions and consolidate the summarised actions plan for weekly cash flow review
• Closely communicate with Treasury on all actions and progress, results expectation vs actual

Treasury Analyst APAC

• Support bank account administration and maintain accurate records of banking documentation.
• Manage electronic banking platforms including management of users.
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing processes related to treasury operations.
• Prepare and analyse treasury reports such as cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, and liquidity reports.
• Assist in daily cash management activities, including analysis of actuals and forecasting, reporting of cash and debt positions.
• Provide support to the finance teams on the weekly working capital forecasts, prepare analysis, track accuracy, and look for process improvements.
• Build out analysis and reporting for bank fees, bank guarantee fees and interest.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and other departments to support treasury-related initiatives and inquiries.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the treasury system.
• Participate in treasury system upgrades and automation and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• CPA/CA/ACCA or any finance equivalent qualifications
• 5-7 years of Treasury roles at supervisor/manager level, cross countries experiences are necessary
• Highly analytical and eyes for details
• Excellent Excel skill with python or other coding knowledge
• Ability to demonstrate the use of AI at work effectively
• Managing stakeholders at different level with high confident and clarity
