Senior Manager, Finance

Job Description

This position is a key role in Operation Finance team based in Shenzhen, with direct responsibilities for financial analysis, business decision support, forecasting and planning for Walmart Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Support business & financial performance management, analyzing performance and identifying gaps against business and financial targets; analyzing historical trends and developing forward looking projections; providing leadership forward looking insights and feedback; developing insight actions

· Support overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing strategies, plan, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

· Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability to provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of businesses

· Responsible for management reporting and forecasting, annual operating plan, and strategic planning process. Develop tools and templates to facilitate the consolidation and reviewing processes, communicate timeline, assumptions, expectation to business team

• Develop close business partnership and communication with key stakeholders and cross different functional teams in development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives
• Support business teams on ad hoc projects and provide supports in various business cases
• Support transformation projects and tools / system development; driving process & efficiency improvement
• Provide coaching / collaborate with team members to deliver the team goals

Requirement:

• Degree / bachelors holder or above on Accounting / Business or related discipline
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills. Able to collaborate with various functions to resolve complicated issues
• Excellent analytics and financial modeling skills
