Senior Manager for Business Analytics and Data Management
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager for Business Analytics and Data Management is responsible to lead analytics and insights initiatives to drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Play a pivotal role in transforming data into insights that drive business value. Your responsibilities include managing a business intelligence and data management team, overseeing data integration, analysis, and interpretation, and promoting informed business decisions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Analytics, Data Management & BI strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure Business Analytics & Data Management solutions to meet the needs of the different Business units.
Establish and implement standards and procedures on data management in adherence to a data governance policy.
Work with data governance to exercise cross-functional decision making in addressing matters on data management.
Create dashboards and visualizations to facilitate understanding and interpretation of complex data sets.
Ensure reports and visualizations are tailored to the audience’s needs and support strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and systems to enhance data quality and efficiency.
Review and Sign Off Qliksense(KLS) related Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) for endorsement for approval of different stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence with at least 2-3 years of demonstrated managerial work leading a team
Strong proficiency in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Management Tools like Qliksense and similar tools like Tableu, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, etc., with hands-on experience in data visualization and dashboard development
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems
Willing to report to the Head Office (Tabaco City, Albay)
