Senior Manager - Founder's Office

We are looking for a high-potential professional to work directly with the Founder across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Strategy.

This is an accelerated leadership opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond a single-function role, solve real business problems and build a 360 degree understanding of how a business is built and scaled.

What You'll Do:

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.

- Drive cross-functional, high-impact projects from problem definition to execution.

- Analyse business performance and identify growth and improvement opportunities.

- Support initiatives across sales, marketing, operations and business development.

- Build business reviews, dashboards and strategic analyses.

- Take increasing ownership of business-critical projects.

Who We're Looking For:

- 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in Management/Strategy Consulting, Business Consulting, Strategy, Operations or Business Development.

- Strong structured problem-solving, analytical and execution skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, multiple priorities and high ownership.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to build a business leadership career.
