Senior Manager - FP&A and Value creation

Job Summary:

Agility is seeking an experienced finance leader to join the FP&A organization as Senior Manager, FP&A & Value Creation.

This role will evaluate the financial and operational performance of Agility’s businesses beyond reported results, identify the key levers that drive enterprise value. The successful candidate will combine strong FP&A, strategic finance, valuation, financial modelling, and business partnering capabilities with a practical understanding of commercial, operational, and capital-efficiency drivers.

The role will provide senior leaders with decision-oriented analysis, actionable recommendations, and forward-looking insight to support business planning, resource allocation, performance improvement, investment decisions, and long-term value creation across the organization

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business performance beyond reported financial results, including commercial, operational, cash flow, capital-efficiency, and return-based drivers.
  • Establish appropriate tracking mechanisms to monitor the realization of value-creation initiatives and ensure accountability for delivery.
  • Constructively challenge operating management assumptions, plans, and performance while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Lead the development of forward-looking financial analysis that connect operational assumptions to financial outcomes.
  • Prepare insightful performance reviews that explain variances, highlight emerging trends, and distinguish temporary factors from structural changes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, forecasting, strategic initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Lead valuations, scenario analysis, investment cases, and assessments of strategic alternatives.
  • Assess the financial and strategic implications of different operating and investment scenarios, including sensitivities, risks, returns, funding requirements, and potential downside outcomes.
  • Provide clear, decision-oriented analysis and recommendations to senior executives and business leadership.
  • AI Tool Fluency: Expectation to use internal generative AI platforms to query proprietary data and large datasets

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in one or more in Strategic finance, Financial planning and analysis, corporate development, Investment banking, Private equity and Transaction advisory
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
