Senior Manager, Global Compensation Operations, HR

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage and lead a global compensation team, establishing procedures in partnership with Global Compensation COE leaders.
  • Lead the execution of global compensation programs, including incumbent analyses, annual pay reviews, incentive plan administration, and other compensation initiatives. Ensure timely delivery and successful completion of all program objectives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex compensation matters, including salary offer recommendations, compensation governance, and policy interpretation. Provide guidance, drive resolution, and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
  • Identify compensation-related risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and lead the implementation of compensation solutions aligned with organizational priorities and pay strategies. Partner with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across compensation processes, systems, and governance, promoting best practices to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
  • Lead and/or participate in special projects and analytical initiatives to identify trends, assess business impact, evaluate alternatives, and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Develop talent and succession plans for the team, aligned with departmental objectives and long-term organizational growth strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and document compensation processes, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Perform other incidental duties as assigned.

What you'll need (Required):

  • University degree and significant experience in Human Resources within a multinational organization, including strong expertise in Compensation programs, processes, and practices.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

What else you’ll need (Preferred):

  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, developing talent, building trust, and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven experience identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with HR systems e.g. Workday or similar and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong understanding of HR technologies and data management.
