**As Senior Manager, Global Service, you’ll be a key contributor to leading DESMI’s global service team. Your role mainly revolves around:

• Leading the global service team to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
• Driving sales activities within the selected area to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Applying your leadership skills, technical understanding, and commercial mindset to support team success and business objectives.

**As someone who will lead our global service team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced manager who is a self-driven individual with a strong leadership capability and commercial focus.

• A Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience from an international service or aftermarket
• organisation.
• Have proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams across cultures and age groups.
• Possess a solid technical understanding relevant to the service area.
• Have a commercial mindset with experience in sales and target achievement.
• Experience with KPI management and performance management.
• Are structured, adaptable and have the ability to create results.
• Have a valid EU Residence Permit
