As a Senior Manager (Hospitality Services), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms, internal policies and audit requirements.
Review contract provisions, coordinate with vendors on implementation, and communicate contractual obligations to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and validate vendor performance against contractual KPIs and service standards, ensuring accurate reporting, completed checklists and supporting documentation for payment approval.
Assess workforce competency, operational risks and workplace safety compliance, escalating significant issues and implementing mitigation measures where necessary.
Oversee daily operations, resolve service issues, manage procurement requests, and ensure proper inventory and fixed asset management.
Plan and monitor annual budgets, identify financial risks and variances, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate contractual billing.
Ensure Business Continuity Plans are maintained and annual drills are conducted and validated.
Lead and support projects, contract negotiations and process improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and training on contract management practices and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
Recognised degree, preferably in Healthcare, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, numerical, communication and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous approach to contract management and problem-solving.
