Senior Manager, HR Business Leader
Contract: 6 Months
Salary: Around $10,000/month (Negotiable)
Working Hours: Office Hours, 5 Days
Job Scope:
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support
- Drive organisational effectiveness and change management initiatives
- Lead HR projects and implement people-related programmes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational capability development
Requirements:
- Proven HR Business Partner / HR Business Leader experience
- Manufacturing background is required
- Experience driving organisational change and HR initiatives
