Senior Manager HR

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager HR to lead our human resources department in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions, industrial relations, and compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. As a Senior Manager HR, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing compensation and benefits programs, and implementing effective performance management systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations to mitigate risks. - Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. - Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. - Design and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees. - Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement. - Collaborate with senior management to foster a positive workplace culture. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of industrial relations and labour law compliance. - Excellent understanding of HR operations and best practices. - Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs. - Proficiency in performance management systems. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
