Senior Manager, HR Technology
The Senior Manager, HR Technology is responsible for leading the delivery, optimization, and operational management of the Company's global HR technology ecosystem. Supporting more than 4,000 employees and 1,500 contractors across 60+ countries, this role ensures HR systems, data, integrations, and digital capabilities are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
This position provides leadership for HR technology operations and solution delivery while serving as a key partner in the Company's multi-year HR digital transformation journey. Working closely with HR leadership, Information Technology, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Manager will help modernize HR processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR technology platforms.
- Ensure HR systems operate reliably, securely, and efficiently while supporting business, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap to support business priorities and future workforce technology initiatives.
- Lead HR technology projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, releases, and platform optimization efforts.
- Partner with HR, Information Technology, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to identify and deliver technology solutions that improve processes and operational effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the HR Technology team.
- Establish and maintain strong data governance, reporting, integration, and system control practices.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and intelligent workflows that improve employee and manager experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing forward recommendations that enhance HR service delivery and business value.
- Ensure effective change management, testing, training, and adoption strategies accompany technology implementations.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
- Minimum of 3 years leading HRIS or HR technology functions within a multinational organization.
- Deep experience with Oracle Fusion HCM required.
- Experience leading complex HR technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams in a global environment.

It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Experience supporting a global HR technology environment.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives involving HR process automation or AI-enabled technologies.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications or other HR technology-related certifications.
- Experience implementing employee and manager self-service solutions and workflow automation.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the VP, HR Technology & Digital Transformation and currently manages a team of four HR Technology professionals.
Working Conditions
Work is primarily sedentary; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
