Senior Manager (IC), Existing Seller Management, ESG team-HZ/NB/NJ/SH
We are looking for a Senior Manager (IC) with deep cross-border e-commerce expertise to independently lead high-potential and complex seller development across key categories and new regions. This role demands strong strategic judgment, autonomy in decision-making, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments — particularly in new regions where real-time leadership guidance may be limited.
Seller Profile
Top, highly complex sellers — including top Brand Sellers, omni-channel sellers with 1P + MP business, and top sellers in new regions requiring elevated, independent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Complex Seller Development: Navigate complex business dynamics, build executive-level trust, and create highly tailored growth strategies to accelerate platform performance.
· Category Insights & JBP: Provide sellers with deep category-level insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Develop and co-own Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that drive rapid and sustainable GMV growth.
· Strategic Initiative Leadership: Own and drive complex strategic projects from planning to delivery. Mobilize cross-functional teams, orchestrate resources, and proactively remove blockers to achieve measurable outcomes.
· Cross-functional Influence: Partner with and influence internal teams to align priorities, mobilize resources, and remove blockers for seller growth. Drive collaboration through clear communication and outcome-focused stakeholder management.
Requirements
· • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master's preferred)
· • At least 6 years of proven experience in seller management, category management, or key account management within a cross-border e-commerce or marketplace environment
· • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, senior seller relationships with a track record of driving measurable business results
· • Strong strategic thinking with analytical depth — able to identify whitespace opportunities and translate insights into actionable seller strategies
· • Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous or remote environments with limited day-to-day oversight
· • Strong cross-functional influence and executive-level communication skills
· • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
