Job Summary
As a senior manager, you will lead client portfolios and may serve as Head of Finance or Acting Group Financial Controller for client companies, including smaller listed firms, supported by our team of managers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of client assignments to deliver advisory services that achieve client objectives and drive business growth
- Serve as Head of Finance or Acting Group Financial Controller on secondment, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting for client companies
- Coordinate with client CEOs and internal teams to align financial strategies with business goals
- Oversee financial reporting, control processes, and strategic financial planning to support client companies’ operational and financial performance
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze business needs and deliver tailored financial solutions that enhance performance
- Lead or assist in financial due diligence and business valuation assignments to support informed decision-making for mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong external audit background with at least 8 years auditing private and listed companies and a strong understanding of SFRS
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to become an equity partner, demonstrated business development skills, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Effective decision-making skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities
