Senior Manager - Infrastructure
The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Project Delivery is responsible for leading the planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, water, wastewater, stormwater, power, ICT, and transportation systems.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee design reviews and ensure constructability, compliance, and value engineering opportunities are identified and implemented.
- Monitor project performance and resolve technical, commercial, and delivery issues.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, governance requirements, and health and safety policies.
- Manage procurement activities, contract administration, and contractor performance.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Lead project risk management, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
12+ years of experience in infrastructure project management and delivery.
Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of design management, construction management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and major consultants/contractors.
Professional accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, CEng, PE, or equivalent) is preferred.
