Senior Manager, Innovation Programs & Partnerships (Payments)

Salary: $10,000 – $13,000 per month

• Own the intake pipeline for new project ideas and help select the right projects for the lab

• Coordinate internal staff who volunteer their time to lab projects, matching people to initiatives and ensuring the lab has sufficient resourcing

• Manage concurrent projects at once

• Track progress, run status updates, and maintain program governance (reporting, dashboards, trackers)

• Bring external partners into the lab and ensure they can connect and work effectively with internal teams

• Work with legal and other functions to put appropriate contracts and commitments in place before partners begin work

• Organise campus talks, workshops, innovation challenges, and other talent engagement activities

• Help build the organisation's profile and brand among students and university partners

• Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and communications for leadership

• Support budget planning, procurement coordination, and operational financial management

• Use AI tools to improve planning and reporting processes
