The Insurance sector is undergoing a profound transformation. This Senior Manager role is aimed at a confirmed Manager wishing to rapidly lead topics for the Executive Committee and the Board within our Insurance Practice.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As an Insurance Senior Manager (M/F), you join the Insurance Practice to participate in the sector's deep transformation.
- Act as project manager or business analysis support within Insurance sector disciplines
- Coordinate the various project teams of our clients
- Take ownership of your staffing
- Support the competency development of consultants and senior consultants within the team
- Be an active contributor to Practice development (sector watch, business development, news, offer creation)
- Participate in commercial proposals
- Participate in the firm's internal life (recruitment, event organisation, forum participation)
- Rapidly lead topics for the Executive Committee and the Board
You have at least 7 years of experience and hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from ENASS, a university, IEP, business school, or engineering school.
You have expertise in various insurance domains (health, savings, property & casualty, etc.).
You have knowledge of digital (major trends and concepts).
You are autonomous, proactive, a driving force within your team, versatile, curious, a team player, and eager to grow. Attention to detail and quality in deliverables.
