Senior Manager, Investment Banking

Roles and Responsibilities

• Marketing

- Update and report on structured financing market, including recent sponsors activities and transactions, market trend.

- Identify and follow potential deals for origination.

• Support Origination Activities including in:

- Acquiring mandates from sponsors, borrowers, and MLAs.

- Reviewing or arranging due diligence with advisors in given fields.

- Building and negotiating loan terms and conditions with stakeholders.

- Preparing internal approval processes.

- Loan documentation.

• Distribution

- Identify potential counter parties for distribution.

- Support counter parties to take over financial assets.

• Others

- Report on ad-hoc management requirements related to the above roles.

- Share knowledge and skills among team members.

- Support team tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably financial or related

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in banking or financing industry, including at least 3 years of relationship managing roles and responsibilities.

• English Fluency

• Proactively identify and schedule tasks required to achieve given roles and responsibilities.

• Ability to produce concise reports.

• Knowledge of industries and economic environment

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Numerate and analytical

• Conscientious and meticulous

• Communication skills

• Good command of written and oral English

• Other language skills will be your advantage.

• Familiar with the laws and regulations in Singapore and ASEAN region.
