Job Scope: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Investment FP&A to lead the continual development of Investment data, process, FP&A and Reporting to support the management of investments. This role will play a critical role in shaping our cost management capability, driving standardisation and efficiency across the entire group. This position requires a strong process improvement mindset.
1. Investment process management and improvements:
- Support key reporting cycles including North Star (NS) actuals, Forecast (FYFC), Business Plan, ACR, and recharges, ensuring data consistency and alignment across all reporting outputs.
o Work with Local Business Units (LBUs), Central Pillars & Enablers and technology to appropriately capture and report investment spend across the Group
o Work with the Investment governance and procurement teams to integrate the approval pipeline into reporting and assist in building a credible forecast.
o Continue to evolve process improvements in collaboration with the Group Transformation Office and Data & Analytics process teams
- Act as a key contact point for North Star recharge matters across multiple business units, including Agency, Health, Customer, Wealth & Product (CWP), and Partnership.
- Support Pillars in the development of Business Cases using the Cost, Benefit, Recharge Toolkit
- Continue to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities across procurement information and Consulting spend with a link to North Star initiatives
2. Reporting
- Continue to evolve Investment FP&A reporting capabilities to drive effective decision making.
- Provide support for any month end activities such as cost review
- Provide support for monthly FP&A reporting for Regional CEO and Pillar representatives

Education and Experience:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or cost management post qualification
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to partner closely with the Pillar and Enabler Investment leads, LBU finance teams, and central entity accountants to drive Investment cost management
- Preferred knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBI
