Senior Manager, IT Infra & Network and Project Management

Main Responsibilities

· Lead the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and network services.

· Ensure high availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of servers, storage, network, cloud, and data center environments.

· Develop infrastructure technology roadmaps and lifecycle management plans.

· Ensure IT services meet agreed SLAs and business requirements.

· Monitor system performance, incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement.

· Drive operational excellence and automation initiatives.

· Manage infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.

· Coordinate with head quarter’s Data Center representative to ensure system and network robust, integrity and security.

· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, telecom partners, and system integrators.

· Ensure vendor performance and compliance with contractual SLAs.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope and quality expectations.

· Govern project portfolio, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

· Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance following company standard.

· Ensure infrastructure and network security controls are implemented and maintained.

· Oversee vulnerability management, patch management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

· Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

· Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.

· Lead Infrastructure, Network, and Project Management teams.

· Establish performance objectives, coaching, succession planning, and staff development programs.

· Build a high-performance and customer-focused IT organization.

Secondary

· Contribute to enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

· Develop IT standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

· Ensure proper documentation, controls, and evidence management.

· Prepare and manage infrastructure and project budgets.

· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and technology investment planning.

· Provide technology consulting and recommendations to support business objectives.
