Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, information security, end-user support, IT assets, software licensing and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure covering LAN/WAN, servers, desktops/end-user computing, communication devices and internally hosted applications.
• Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of IT infrastructure and critical applications.
• Monitor infrastructure health and drive preventive maintenance, upgrades, corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Lead Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities, including security policies, processes, documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate internal/external IT, QMS and ISMS audits and ensure timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
• Manage IT Helpdesk operations and ensure incidents and service requests are prioritized, tracked, escalated and resolved within defined SLAs.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including allocation, movement, reconciliation, repair, replacement and retirement.
• Ensure accurate IT asset inventory and periodic physical verification/reconciliation.
• Monitor software licensing compliance and ensure unauthorized/non-compliant software is identified and addressed.
• Track and ensure timely renewal of domains, licenses and other critical IT services.
• Manage IT vendors/service providers, monitor SLA performance, coordinate invoice processing and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Lead and guide IT infrastructure/support teams and ensure effective service delivery.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, address service risks and plan infrastructure improvements.
• Prepare and monitor MIS/KPIs covering infrastructure uptime, helpdesk performance, information security, IT assets, licensing and vendor performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in enterprise IT Infrastructure Management.
• Hands-on/managerial exposure to networks, servers, end-user computing, IT service delivery and infrastructure operations.
• Good knowledge of Information Security / ISMS and IT audit requirements.
• Experience in IT Asset Management, software licensing and vendor management.
• Strong exposure to incident management, SLA management and business continuity.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure/support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Candidates from manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, engineering or similar multi-location organizations will be preferred.
