Senior Manager, IT Operations Systems (WMS)
Lead and manage end‑to‑end WMS project workstreams, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, testing approach, cutover planning, data migration, and user training.
Act as the primary WMS subject matter expert for country implementations and deployments, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and operationally fit for purpose.
Partner closely with IT Customer Solutions to support RFQ/RFI activities by contributing solution architecture, effort estimates, and implementation approaches aligned with the country growth agenda.
Drive and govern full lifecycle IT implementations using DHL strategic WMS solutions, ensuring strong coordination across business, operations, vendors, and regional IT stakeholders.
Functionality & Solution Enhancements
Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into clearly defined solution designs.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and related functional specifications.
Configure and implement WMS solutions (Blue Yonder, Manhattan) aligned with warehouse operational processes.
Design and manage WMS interfaces, including interface specifications, integrations, custom reports, and label development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT solution analysis, WMS implementation, and production support.
Hands‑on experience delivering multiple (5–7) full‑cycle WMS implementations.
Strong practical expertise in Blue Yonder and/or Manhattan WMS solutions.
Experience with Jasper Reports, Page Builder, Oracle, and label/report development.
