Senior Manager, Launch Strategy & Activation

Driven by a passion for enhancing people's quality of life, WSA continues to lead the hearing aid industry as a market innovator. Our dedication to expanding access to hearing care in underserved markets reflects our mission to accelerate business transformation and reach more individuals more effectively.

This role is central to shaping how WSA's product roadmap comes to life across APAC. You will own the rollout of the launch roadmap for the region, acting as the critical bridge between global product strategy and country-level reality — ensuring local market needs and competitive insight actively shape future roadmap decisions. You will be someone who can translate ambiguity into a clear, sequenced roadmap, then carry it through to disciplined execution across multiple platforms and markets.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end solutions roadmap strategy across all platforms — Premium, Cost Optimized and Over the Counter products — building and maintaining a 3-year portfolio "needs-and-wants" view by country that keeps global product strategy anchored to real, evolving market demand.
  • Architect product launch planning and pricing strategy, converting the long-range roadmap into a rigorous 1-year NPI plan by country to maximise competitive advantage and commercial return.
  • Drive launch execution and pricing realisation in-market, closing the loop from insight to roadmap to results, and feeding what's learned back into the next cycle of roadmap decisions.
  • Champion the insights-to-roadmap process as the region's voice in global product strategy

What you bring

  • 5+ years in product marketing or lifecycle management, with a track record of owning a roadmap from strategic intent through to commercial execution in-market.
  • A strategic mindset capable of holding a multi-year, multi-platform portfolio view while staying disciplined enough to land a 1-year plan with precision, country by country.
  • Proven ability to operate — and influence — inside complex or matrixed organizations, building alignment across global product, regional, and country stakeholders without formal authority over any of them.
