Senior Manager, Learning & Community Engagement - Up $7000

• Lead communications, marketing, and community engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in learning programmes and initiatives.
• Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social media, print, and outreach channels, including content development, publicity, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage media relations, corporate communications materials, and organisation-wide engagement activities.
• Oversee visitor experience, community outreach, guided tours, events, and engagement programmes within a learning and gallery environment.
• Lead operational planning for visitor bookings, stakeholder visits, volunteers, and docent management.
• Analyse campaign and visitor engagement performance, and implement initiatives to enhance community participation and visitor experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and promote organisational impact.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Community Engagement, Learning & Development, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing projects, campaigns, stakeholders, and/or teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, and corporate communications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
• Experience in gallery, museum, visitor experience, education, or public engagement environments is an advantage.
