Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE: As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with life sciences clients, earning trust and building long-term partnerships with senior level stakeholders. You will lead complex projects and multi-workstream programs with Genioo's Client Service Team, independent professionals, and client team members, taking end-to-end accountability for outcomes. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who brings strong ownership, intrinsic motivation, and the drive to shape both client impact and Genioo's continued growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead complex projects and multi-workstream transformation programs from initiation through execution.
• Serve as a trusted day-to-day advisor to senior client stakeholders, proactively shaping project direction and helping clients navigate complex decisions.
• Deliver high-impact results that exceed client expectations while managing quality, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Solve complex business problems across productivity, cost reduction, operational excellence, transformation, change management, and commercial or operations-oriented life sciences topics.
• Identify follow-on opportunities through client trust, strong delivery, and thoughtful problem solving; contribute to tailored proposals and account growth.
• Help evolve Genioo's service offerings, tools, methodologies, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Coach and develop consultants and independent professionals through clear direction, feedback, and role modeling of high standards.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have 5+ years of consulting experience, from a leading strategy or management consulting firm, with a track record of strong performance and measurable client impact.
• Bring life sciences experience through work with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or related healthcare organizations.
• You have successfully led complex projects or programs, ideally across TechOps, R&D, commercial, operational excellence, productivity, transformation, or cost reduction.
• Demonstrate an ownership mentality, taking accountability for outcomes, proactively solving problems, and consistently going beyond expectations.
• A strong client leader who can simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and influence senior stakeholders.
• You bring entrepreneurial energy and motivation to build something new for clients and internally at Genioo.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools and ways of working as part of modern consulting practice.
• You inspire and motivate others through collaboration, coaching, and high standards.
• Flexible to travel 60-80% to client sites or our offices.
