Description

Senior Manager, Loyalty & Co-Brand

City, State: Denver, CO
Salary range: $100,104–$132,870

Turn loyalty performance into commercial results
As Senior Manager, Loyalty & Co-Brand, you’ll lead Frontier’s co-branded credit card, Discount Den, FRONTIER Miles and other loyalty partnerships.

You’ll use program performance, revenue goals, forecasting and testing to help shape acquisition, retention, offers and program enhancements, while leading the marketing execution and partner relationships that bring those strategies to customers. You’ll also serve as a key day-to-day partner to Frontier’s card issuer and other loyalty partners and lead resources responsible for the operation, development and promotion of Frontier’s loyalty programs.

Why this role matters
Frontier’s loyalty programs create value for customers while generating meaningful supplemental revenue for the airline. This role connects program performance, partner strategy, customer acquisition and marketing execution to help strengthen that portfolio over time.

How you’ll work
You’ll operate with considerable latitude, setting methods and approaches for achieving established goals while receiving guidance around broader business objectives.

Success in this role requires sound business judgment, strong organization, comfort balancing several priorities at once and the ability to adjust quickly as business needs change. The role also requires discretion with confidential information and occasional work in airport environments, including above- and below-wing areas.

What you’ll lead

Drive loyalty performance and revenue

  • Oversee the co-brand credit card portfolio and help maximize supplemental revenue through mileage sales and card royalties.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across co-brand, Discount Den and other loyalty initiatives and present results to senior leadership.
  • Establish membership and revenue goals and contribute to revenue and expense forecasts and the annual budgeting process.
  • Design program enhancements that improve functionality and performance across channels.
  • Drive the development and execution of dynamic loyalty offers.
  • Oversee testing and evaluation of new loyalty offerings and changes to existing programs with internal and external partners.

Lead acquisition and loyalty marketing

  • Lead tactical marketing strategy for the co-branded credit card and Discount Den across direct mail, email, statement messaging, airport signage, digital, social media, inflight and other channels.
  • Identify and recommend new marketing channels and acquisition opportunities for Frontier’s loyalty programs and partners.
  • Integrate loyalty messaging with Frontier brand communications and other customer touchpoints.
  • Develop internal communications and incentive programs that increase awareness and acquisition through channels including inflight and customer support.
  • Manage approval of co-branded card communications across Frontier and the card issuer.

Manage partners and program execution

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for Frontier’s card issuer and other loyalty partners.
  • Influence Frontier and partner leaders on program goals, strategies and tactics.
  • Manage project and campaign roadmaps to ensure work supports established forecasts and goals.
  • Keep deliverables on time and on budget — resolving issues independently or escalating when needed.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to support acquisition and reduce unit costs.
  • Develop training materials supporting the inflight credit card acquisition channel, including new-hire and recurrent training.
  • Manage contractors, trainers and other resources supporting loyalty programs.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of marketing and/or communications experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience managing stakeholders and/or individual contributors.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, marketing projects, production schedules and promotional initiatives.
  • Strong presentation, writing, copy editing and communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in budgeting and establish revenue and expense forecasts.
  • Strong vendor-management and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of airline and credit card marketing and frequent flyer program rules and procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, partners and teams.
  • Ability to manage contractors and trainers.
  • Interest in learning HTML.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Leadership scope
This role provides leadership across Frontier’s loyalty and partnership programs and directly supervises the Loyalty Program Manager.
