Senior Manager (Managed Service)

* Establish and grow the Managed Services Practice, including offerings, operating model, SLAs/OLAs, pricing, KPIs, and governance.
* Drive the shift from project-based delivery to scalable, recurring managed services.
* Grow regional revenue and shape executive-level proposals and commercial models.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery (AMS, DevOps, MLOps, L1/L2/L3 support, data & automation operations).
* Ensure operational excellence using ITIL, SRE, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement.
* Own P&L, profitability, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
* Build, scale, and mentor high-performing managed services teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and represent Raya Digital in the market.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
* 12+ years of experience, with 7+ years in Managed Services leadership.
* Strong expertise in AMS and managed operations for complex digital transformation programs.
* Proven exposure to KSA & GCC markets.
* Solid command of service management frameworks, SLA/SLO governance, and enterprise operations.
* A proven track record in growing managed services revenue and leading commercial discussions.
* Experience across software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and automation ecosystems.
* Strong executive presence, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant technical degree; certifications (ITIL, PMP, DevOps, Cloud) are a plus.
